A very important note that must be repeatedly stressed: the flexible window is only a permission for time shifting; it is absolutely not a reason to cancel the UTC 05:00 anchor itself. The complete meaning of this sentence: a creator is not allowed to extract one or several of the five structural constants, replace the remaining skeleton, swap part of the names, and then continue under the banner of 135NOW to forge a new similar festival IP that competes with the origin spirit.

Additional tolerance note: this constraint in no way forbids anyone from inventing a completely new independent festival of their own from scratch. The four meta-axioms of the Orthodoxy-Genealogy, set out one by one:
